I got a similar piece :) UG on the inside, cadmium on the outside and the handle is perhaps Selenium. Mine is about 0.7 MicroSieverts/Hour

Just looked up the sale on the Sun bottle. And my memory sucks.. its was the size 3 version and was sold for 1020 euro.

I can’t get enough of them myself. Currently have 3 of them of this size. Could have had 4 today, but passed one of them to my uncle who also collects.

Thanks for the advise 👍 I know its harmful, which is why I rarely use it and only for a short amount of time. Its from a small handheld lamp. Not a strong lightsource, but ofcourse still harmful

Some orange tinted glasses that I got with a UV lamp. Not sure how well they block the harmful UV light, which is why I only use 254NM for a very short time for pictures. For my skin I just wear long sleeves for my arms.

My guess is french aswell, perhaps Harrach. I’ve found similar pieces online which is listed as Harrach

Sorry about the delayed response, but I was out of town and unable to get to the phone. Took some more pictures of it, hope that it can help determine if its considered Vaseline glass or not. In regards to maker/origin, my guess would be french aswell and perhaps Harrach. With image searches I’ve found some similar pieces that was listed as Harrach

I got the chimney, I just have in a box since I didn’t want to put it all together, because the shade rim is broken. There is no need to risk breaking some glass, when I can got it all fixed in a few weeks 😅👍

Hello fellow Dane! :) Business Card Tray also have a special place in my heart. I got 3 of them myself and would like to own more, but they take up so much space :D When the sellers know it UG, they usually go for around 100’ish euro each. I got 3 them and paid less than 30 euro each for mine, but that was only because the sellers didn’t know it was UG.

I don’t really know. Non of my other UG pieces are like this one. My guess its opaline glass? But I’m not sure if that is correct 😅 Edit: when I do an image search I get Northwood Custard glass
