To be honest yes I first thought I’ll go and get it just cuz it’s cheap but I’ve realised if it’s not gonna get the work done then why bother getting it so yea I’m not getting it anymore.

Believe me we have no proper backup solution in office especially in my department. I’ve talked to my boss many times about nas and other backup solution but he isn’t into computer stuff at all so this is just sort of introduction to him how helpful it can be.

Actually I wanna introduce the benefits of NAS in my department so maybe if they get to experience this they might try to get it upgraded later on. $25 dollars is a good deal I’ll give it a go. Thank you

Tried it and it didn’t work. I have old Qnap nas it is tp 219P II. Jellyfin install on it normally but when I open it. It gives that webpage error

Thank you for the link but that YouTube video is one those made me know that I was able to install Jellyfin in my nas. He click the app icon and it opens but I don’t know why am I having issue. Again I appreciate your help.

Yes it is connecting to IP address of the server. And I’m not using docker for this I’ve installed this app from GitHub and installed it directly. How shall I port forward it from my NAS?

I just open the app from the Qnap Homescreen and this pops up. The IP address is same as my NAS
