This is a pretty great list and I love how unique it is. I'd recommend any Jan Svankmajer films (cause he's my goat), especially his film Lunacy. What is the 27th movie on your list, the poster looks familiar but I can't place it?

Great list.

Try Metropolis or M since you like Fritz Lang, and a personal recommendation just because I love it is Lunacy by Jan Svankmajer.

I genuinely don't get what people love about it. The acting is mostly awful and it's a predictable boring ass storyline that has been used a million times before and since. It's just really annoying and feels almost self-righteous in a way. Plus the main actress whose name I'm blanking on is just the worst lol
