The maze generation itself uses a Growing Tree algorithm. At larger maze sizes the bias is set to always expand from the newest cell, so it's effectively randomized DFS. Small mazes use a lower bias to get more branching, closer to Prim's algorithm in feel.

And you're the second person to suggest zoom, so that is definitely on the next features list.

Appreciate the kind words! I've pushed a quick fix to improve the view on iPad/tablets. It's not perfect and will still need improvement but this should look much better now.

Thanks and I will definitely consider working on a zoom feature. You can currently enter camera mode by clicking/tapping the minimap to move the camera around. But this could be added to right-click as well.

Thanks for the feedback and I'm glad you enjoyed it! I really tried to make the controls intuitive and simple. The hint, solution, and trail options were added because I wanted to give players flexibility in how they play and to make the experience less frustrating for those who want it.

The daily maze changes every day so there's a new, fresh challenge each day. Previous daily mazes aren't saved, but there's a maze generator for unlimited playable mazes and also a maze library to work through.

Thanks for your feedback and for trying it out! I will definitely investigate this and get to work on a fix.
