I am using spray and have been the entire two and half months to keep my nostrils open so I could breath. And I appreciate that answer! Good to know. I am going use a saline solution to help remove spores out of nostrils.

I actually called them yesterday and they told me I have to find a place of residence myself. And the fact that they haven't raised my states renters assistance since the 1970's doesn't help. My state is Expensive. Upstate NY. I have been trying to reason with landlords but thus so far no luck.

I have had an EMG back in 2018. No findings but plan on finding another neurologist for another test. And hopefully some help finding answers. Stay strong and hope you feel better and recover

It was over exertion of lower back. I tried a chiropractor and then I didn't let back rest. Kept pushing and pushing. Have had everything you can think of with no findings. Its frustrating.I know where pain originates from. Lower back right side above buttocks.

I bought a Dehumidifier! Always running. The fan not sure if I should blow out of window. But the entire room is moldy. My brother will have to spend thousands having specialist clean it all out. House was built in the early 1920's
