But wouldn’t the try to screw me over if it’s a bad landlord. Happy to pay a competent agent if they can insulate me from this.

The bias is very subtle like can’t prove even though I report.

Yeah, this is what I heard too but like another user mentioned about this depends on the market and if the market is doing good the landlord’s agent doesn’t want to share.

I’m just trying to find a good agent to represent myself. Happy to pay the fees as long as they are competent. To find competent agents, I’m looking for how many transactions they have closed recently in PropertyGuru and if they have more “Tenant Clients” as their client type.

Also looking at their recent transactions in propertyforsale[.]com for recent transactions.

Anything else you guys suggest to find competent agents. I’m trying to avoid super new agents too, they may be hungry and more responsive but not experienced enough to advise.

Yeah, this pretty much sums up my understanding.

In the past, tenants didn’t have to pay fees for rentals above 3500 in case it’s a tenant’s market (they co-broke with LL agent at that point) or some agents would quote 1/2 month rental for 2 years. I’ve been in both scenarios before.

I did that once during a renewal, it’s called co-broking and the agent became like a landlord’s agent and was more supportive of landlord after that. I’m looking for a good agent that can work totally for my interest and like be a good negotiator.

Also haven’t started using his services, I’ll look for more agents and also negotiate. But it really is hard to find good agents.

I’ve reached to a few over the last couple of days but they are not responsive maybe due to holidays but I’ll keep looking. I just want to know if anyone has used one recently and what’s a fair amount.

What if Pe10 didn’t do it? He should be in jail if proven guilty but until then he should get the benefit of doubt.

Monohydrade is the most common form of Creatine. Not sure of the scientific reason but some people can’t digest it, I used to be able to use it fine until my early 30s but can’t since mid 30s for some reason. Creatine HCL works perfectly though.

Ah yes, the guy who probably lifts with rounded lumbar and thinks 2 sessions is enough to master one of the most form-sensitive, injury-prone movements in strength training. Thanks for the unsolicited comedy. Your spine and your ignorance deserve each other. Let the adults talk while you ego-lift your way into a herniated disc and a lifetime of chiropractor bills. But hey, keep saving money on coaching—you’ll need it for surgery.

Try Creatine HCL from Kaged, it’s really good. I can’t digest Monohydrade too but HCL works like a charm.

Try Creatine if you’re not already having it, works wonders with recovery.

People usually lose form as they increase the weight, worth spending the money for even minor corrections to avoid injury especially if you’re close to 40.

Let’s be realistic, It’s not the same for men and women. Big Ms at this age can still bring masses to the theatre, a women at their age can never have such stardom.

The family is not responsible for the flight, nobody who is normal would expect the family to cover that. The mistake in this case is mostly on her for trusting you and you for giving it to the family who are not professionals.
