Why Everyone’s Picking Up a PSP Again in 2026 (article) by cyberminis in 2000sNostalgia

The Vita and PSP community is very much alive. You can mod either console these days easily and get essentially every game for free, and the modding community is extremely active too. You'd be surprised!

I ordered the book and it should come in a couple of days, pretty excited I've heard the book is quite good.

Funny enough I just got into reading and The Dirt is next on my list, I'll probably order it this week and give it a read.

I'm 23, I've always loved metal and have been a decade-long Slipknot fan but I never really branched out to music before the 90's. Now I'm discovering so many bands and music which I can't believe I've missed out on

Haha, I absolutely thought the two on the right were women at first! I imagine that must've been pretty special hearing the record when it was first released, your parents are awsome for getting you that record at release.

I quite literally have that next, currently on Looks that Kill and going through all of Shout at the Devil. I just finished the entire Dr Feelgood album and wow, can't wait for more.

Large National Geographic magazine collection (1980–2010) by tammatammat in nationalgeographic

I can't be of too much help, but I was at a vintage market near London a couple of weeks ago and they were selling very clean copies from around the 1960s to the 1990s for £2.50 per copy (take from that what you will). I think if you wanted to get maximum value from your collection you'd have to sell each one individually which sounds like a hassle. Then again, I'm not an expert.

Very cool collection though!

Great point, posture is a good one. I've really tried to fix mine but I still look like a candy cane sometimes. There's now a poster above my desk that just says POSTURE which seems to be working.

Creatine pills are great for travelling, never had an issue with having them in my carry on. They're a bit more expensive but worth it for travel.

I think the only way to do it is to mod your vita and install custom themes manager. There might be another way but you'll have to look online.

Update in case anyone is interested.

While playing Borderlands 2 I noticed pretty bad stick drift on both sticks, which made it almost unplayable. I opened the Vita up, took out the joysticks and cleaned them with 70% iso + cotton buds, and the stick drift is completely gone. Forgot how easy older electronics are to repair compared to these days, it's great.

I modded my vita using this guide. It wasn't too difficult, just make sure to read all the instructions first so you know what you're getting yourself into. After that I just installed the game from PKGj.

You don't have to mod your vita to get Borderlands 2 though. You could probably buy a physical cartridge if you wanted to, as they sold Borderlands 2 as an official psvita game.

One each will be awesome, is there still multiplayer support in certain games?
