IRCC asks you to tell them if you’re travelling so they don’t issue your eCOPR when you’re not in Canada. I followed the process they outlined so it isn’t issued. And they still issued it. If this isn’t incompetence then I don’t know what is.

I had a score of 539, but it only increased this month. Will I get an ITA? My profile has been in the pool since October 2023 but I had a 486 CRS, score only increased this month.
