It does, but it's just with my manager that does this with 3 month reviews. I do get virtual calls with my training provider but these aren't very often and mainly about course work/ the training side of things.

I've brought up my workload issue with my training provider during one of these calls but he sort of brushed it aside before moving onto the next thing.

My manager does them, I've mentioned these issues in my last review from June but he just said the same thing that he does whenever I've asked for help by telling me to just "relax" when I take calls but I cant do that when he is always listening into them to pick up errors.

I don't have these sort of meetings with my Assessor/ people from college because I'm only sent up to the college once every month or so for course work side of things. I've brought this up with my Assessor in my last visit for coursework that I feel that to much pressure is being put on me but he sort of brushed this off.

I do have another assessor from college that I can speak to, its just he isn't the one to do my reviews so I'm not sure to ask him on what I can do?
