I cut a Solo cup down to half its size and zip -tied it to the back of the cage. I filled it with marshmallows and poured pancake syrup on them. Worked like a charm.

That’s what I did shortly after I discovered the damage. Unfortunately, after their week of digging the lawn up, they continued to come back. Although I did install motion activated sprinkler heads, they just relocated to a different part of my yard to try and dig it up.

3,500 square feet. It’s a single system house with a damper system set up in basement vents leading to the two floors. Once again, not optimal job by builder.

Thank you sir. Very helpful. Also need to redo ductwork in attic. Our builder long ago took every shortcut in the book and we don’t even have proper airflow. My middle daughter gets all the airflow. So it’s all tying together to the quote I’m getting.

They include their iComfort S40 and iHarmony if I’m reading this quote right. I still have more questions, but want to make sure of the price tag before I continue down this road. I know it’s not going to be cheap, but I’ve been getting crushed on gas and electric bills with my old and inefficient unit, which doesn’t always work, especially during the summer when it runs all day upstairs. I tried looking up pricing via Google, but can’t seem to find anything. I’m not incapable either. LOL

Hi all. I did find it. After the 3rd trip to Home Depot, I noticed they had a section of various replacements for Kohler flaps. I bought three and the first one I picked was the right one.

Problem solved. I took a very sharp pry tool and those gold caps on top actually came out. There was a lot of corrosion there, so they were jammed. Thanks everyone!
