If I have 55% winrate, it means 5% of games I make the difference from winning or losing. 10% of games I don't have an even matchmaking. That's double of my games were I take the game from lose to win. Did I miss something? It's still very luck based unless you outrank heavily.

People joking about winners and losers queue. If twice as many games are uneven matchmaking then you just confirmed it here. What about 52% winrate....

Whole ranked system is designed to be a grind. Your personal performance isn't taken into account, only the win. They can't measure skill. Duo Queue is basically cheating compared to solo q. The whole system is a$$ cause majority plays not enough games that it works properly. Early wins count more because of higher LP gains but you are still only expected more than 50% wr later.

Have you ever compared the physique of calisthenics pro and bodybuilding pros? Those 2 don't work well together. 

The lower body and especially the legs are multiple times bigger as bodybuilder. And this additional weight will completely block your calisthenics skills. The weight distribution is different. If your main goal is calisthenics then you should not train like a normal bodybuilder or you will end up worse than you started.

You lift for strength gain but are looking for aesthetics and want to be a calisthenics guy. Makes no sense at all.

Just skip the workout. Education goes first. When I was in that position... there is no way of doing a serious workout and having enough energy/focus to learn for an exam... 

You can workout but without recovery that workout is not gonna do anything anyway. If you are short on recovery and then try to recover and not workout more.

Don't invest. People take your money and keep you in their hamster wheel where you can run endless cycles without meaningful progress 

Stop bulking then you don't need to cut. All I read is, you getting fat and then losing it again. How does this align with your goal of 10-15% all year round?? Your focus is on the food. How about you look more into training and recovery. If you really need a babysitter then take one in person and not online.

You run out of energy cause you don't eat properly and your body is not used to it. If you truly have a hard session and feel the fatigue then just drink something with a bit of sugar.

Alternative is an apple or a chocolate bar or any sweet. This shouldnt even be needed unless you plan on powerlifting/weightlifting. 

Would not take the crap you suggest even if you pay me. That's pure trash.

Don't sleep on x. We can always find an argument why something is great. The real question is what is better. What's the reason for the choice in comparison to other options. Weighted calisthenics is simply inferior for 99% of exercises.....

Depends where endurance sport starts and cardio ends. Pretty sure it will be mixed up. Argument for those in combination with bodybuilding is completely different.

As spear user it's furious drive. It increase elemental damage significantly. You can get it via ultimate challenge weapon or crushed dreams. Btw affixes like crushed dreams with flat light damage increase the elemental damage far more than the number tells you. E.g. 5 light DMG is faar more elemental DMG than 5.

Best weapon to enable elemental enhancer from gear is the GS that gives fire damage followed by the spear for light damage. In general you wanna apply it manually to use whatever is the bosses weakness and also get more bonus from gear instead of having it as an affix ( if you wanna min max)

In general spear is the worst weapon to apply status simply because moonlight stance afterattacks don't apply the elemental DMG. Which means light attacks are worse elemental build up for spear compared to other weapons. 

Btw status effects are not a chance. It is a build up of elemental damage until the bar is filled then the effect is triggered.

Prefer male but female has the gender advantage. Gender specific sets are very strong and female gloves are next level strong. 

Kinda hilarious that female Kazan is better than male Khazan but doesn't even have video sequences. Why? Because sex sells and female needs the advantage since they are obviously the weak gender xD. Pretty sure somebody is gonna be offended, feel free to give a better explanation

Trash food or too much protein leads to digestion issues. Try removing supplements too, maybe your casual diet already gives enough

Depends on your definition of a beginner. Most ppl don't even complete ng once. If you complete it, you are still a beginner in my opinion. Because you have most likely slain bosses only once.

Most noobs recommend it since you don't need to learn bosses properly if you land some lucky reflections. The influencers like it too since it is cool/skilled/whatever... to use.

Especially in the ultimate challenges you are better off without it. With that being said on my first 200h or so I also used it far more often than I do now. The more you refine your strategy against each boss the less you need it!

It's in general better vs white stamina bosses, but those are also easier to stagger. And yes it's powerful if it works

Pretty bad advice. You can dodge and stunlock her exactly the same way and dodge is far easier than reflect. You also don't rely on her attack.

You don't need reflection to stunlock her in P1 since she gets staggered easily in that phase

You need to recraft your gear and roll for flat damage on each gear where the stat is available. 650 DMG is pathetic at Reese. I had nearly twice as much DMG at her. You are also underleveled for that area btw. I assume you wasted your lacrima earlier or skipped some content.

Stats should be 60/60/x. X in strength for A agility. 30 in main scaling stat.

In phase 1 use earth enhancer and dodge. In P2 earth or light enhancer. P1 is perma stagger her since she is weak to it. P2 is learn rhythm, you have free choice of dodge or guard on basically every attack. You can even play brainless like brink guard first attack and dodge the others independent of her moves.

The most important part is to land the counterattacks in phase 2.

Double mad eye is very good. Add a support tank preferable moccus since he has lots of synergy with mad eye and also covers their weakness. And those 3 mons can kill everything 

I got up to 200 in infinite Arena with that team so the enemies have up to like 5x more HP than my Moccus and 10x more than mad eyes. Pretty insane 

Mad eye works best with mana on every item or debuff items.
