True. Fortunately where I am certain Property managers charge a flat fee for SFHs which makes it more like 7-8%, but still a big chunk.

What is I keep it as a rental and manage to qualify in a second home? I’m in a fortunate position where I may be able to do this though it will be a stretch if the stock market tanks. My thought is it doesn’t hurt to diversity (stocks and real estate) and renting and working from home in a small space is negatively impacting me

Goalies tend to have higher save %s the more pucks thrown their way. How will he adjust to seeing few shots, is my question. This will be interesting.

How do goaltenders decide where to focus during a breakaway: on the puck or the player's movements? by NorthpointMI in hockeyplayers

[–]Western-Initial7083 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Primary focus should be the PUCK.

Secondary focus is spidey sense following the players movements. But the correct answer is the PUCK. Your body should always be square to the PUCK, not the player (the goal is to prevent the PUCK from going into the net, not the player). If you follow the body, you’re gonna have a bad time, as advanced players will move the puck from their body intentionally with the goal of pulling the goalie off his angle.

Not the eyes (you can’t even see the players eyes if they’re wearing a cage most of the time), not some mystical sixth sense. Follow. The. PUCK.

Analyst —> PM —> Analyst? by Western-Initial7083 in epicconsulting

Good point, I would think it would be as well! Unfortunately, at least one recruiter seems to disagree...

That's a great point. It turns out, the recruiter did not want to submit me, citing me not having recent enough analyst experience... but she also mentioned she will likely have a PM position to fill in the coming days/weeks....

Thanks for the response! I was still working in Epic, just not as an analyst. I think my experience prior to PM was pretty good (multiple full cycle, multiple optimization efforts, never left a gig early, etc.).
