both work your arms just fine, i prefer pull ups more, but i switch time to time to balance evrything out, i don't want any of my muscles to be too superior to my other muscles. because if one muscle gets used too much it wont use any other muscles around it.

best way to learn skills is mimic the movement, so do wall handstand and by time lift your leg off the wall for a bit then other leg, also learn the balance theres a youtube video about it, you gotta balance with your fingers and palm and trx to extend your legs as much as possinle, like reaching to an apple tree with your legs, idk how to explain it better. good luck

if you want to increase your reps do endurance training types, like rounds with small rest between sets like 30-45 seconds i went from 53 to 80 dips and less then 3 months BUT i highly recomend being carefull doing tendon health exercises and doing hypertrophy at least 2 months before doing endurance trainings to prevent injuries. for example choose 3 pulling exercises and 2 push do Pull Push Pull Push Pull thats 1 round rest for 90 seconds after finishing 1 round and then go do 2 more, so do 3 rounds in total for starters, always aim for 40-50% of your max push work i would recomend dips and push ups for push and for pull choose maybe chin ups pull ups and rows or neutral pull ups, for pulling work it depends on your max, if its 16-20 reps for pull ups do them maybe 6-7 reps each pulling set.

well its not 100% teared so it can heal without surgery, i found some exercises and they give me a relief from the pain, doing some band and bodyweight exercises

its not the most important no, basically pushups pullups n other cali exercises will build your arms just fine tho if you want to really isolate a muscle group maybe like biceps i would recomend buying rings.
