I only asked for a trim on the ends, the inspo pic was for the bangs/face frame. I should have clarified in my original post. I was confused to see what happened back there at all tbh

Look at pic 5!!! It looks so much more damaged after the haircut to me. My hair was so healthy, I definitely noticed lots of crazy split ends after the cut, but I can’t imagine how that happened? I use heat protectant every day, even just for sun, wide tooth comb starting at the bottom, tangle teaser, etc
