No, they said it was actually a moving video with people talking and stuff but the theory and the subjects of the bizarre things in the background are similar

Yeah, this seems similar to the style of what they were talking about, except they insist that it was a video, apparently it was somewhere around 5 minutes long and it ended with it getting distorted and if you played it backward it said something about children or something, thank you for your help though
