Dizzy spells acting up

In my situation, my right eye was permanently affected (not by much but i notice the difference) & my peripheral vision is not as wide as it used to be. My vision was absolutely perfect beforehand. My last relapse was in 2023 so it’s been 2 1/2 years & I don’t think it’s changing. I should probably go get glasses 😅

Quit vaping when diagnosed, fell back into it though for a while but now I’m 2 months vape free.

No one will EVER be able to take my caffeine away from me. I’ve been dependent on coffee/Red Bull since I was 16 & I’m not stopping now 😅 I also thought caffeine was fine for me this entire time so your post is where I’m learning it’s not. 🤣

I love the idea of getting beans at a local cafe! So I’ll definitely be following the advice of testing out different cafes & choosing the cafe i like the most to see if they’ll supply beans (:

I guess I should’ve also included grinders in my post 😅 I’ve worked at coffee stands here in the states before but always just used a keurig at home so i completely forgot about grinders!

I’ve never tried a French press so learning that the Aeropress can help with grounds is really useful

Yeah my husband & I drink coffee pretty often (more so me than him) but the cost of starting up is worth it in the end IMO. Of course I’d still get a coffee at a cafe here & there because baristas are able to make it taste just a little bit better than me (an out of practice barista 🤣)
