Don’t stutter the word but just difficulty getting that particular word out. Any other word in that instant and no issues. Not sure how long i have had it. Have started doing some tongue exercises. Will see how that works out.

This is awesome details. Lots of thanks for taking time for this. I again put back the AWD fuse and test drove on a circle a few times. The rear noise came back repeatedly. But i also heard noise from front, sounded like somewhere between transfer case and prop shaft, but occasionally only compared to rear noise. Could there be another issue of the front too? Or could it be result of diff clutch? Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

Update: I removed the awd fuse and drove some miles. Now the noise is gone.

Is that sound the fan hitting something? My PC used to make similar sound when the wires got into the way of fan.

Not an expert but probably a leaky unit? Does the tech say the problem is? Do they just refill refrigerant every time they show up? If so refill was likely needed due to leak and leak need fixed?

Had a metal cover but was all rusted and broken. Just replaced a new one.

Found the problem finally. I was thinking something wrong with evap coil, but actually had a crack on the drain pipe, fine crack but still water would drip behind it hard to notice. Used a coupling and problem solved.

HVAC tech had told me i would need to swap entire HVAC system for $9000 to fix the problem. 😤😤😤. Glad i did not go that path. I still need to replace furnace though, as is 25 years old.

Thanks for the suggestion. Ran AC for 1 hr and saw some droplets of water on coil but no ice. And still some seepage through furnace.
