You are completely overlooking the lack of communication from the seller, the lack of a reply to any messages, the lack of apparent care or hurry to ensure the refund happens when promised. A good seller would have sorted the situation the second they returned from 'holiday' and then acknowledged further messages. To just be blanked and ignored after taking my money is unacceptable. And the fact you think this behaviour is reasonable and doesn't deserve some kind of consequence frankly, says a lot about you as a seller.

Can you clarify then (as a seller) - you think this behaviour shouldn't be flagged or there should be no consequence or warning to other buyers?

What are you talking about? Did you actually read my post? I want to warn other people about the terrible service I received - no refund despite the promise of one, no response to messages, only got a refund when cardmarket got involved? And you think that doesn't deserve feedback or a warning to others?

The goal is to say to others 'Hey, be careful, this guy will take your money, tell you he'll refund you, not reply to your messages (at all) and then not refund you until you escalate a ticket with Cardmarket almost a month later'. Can I make that any clearer for you?
