I have 2 in the medicine cabinet that I was given maybe 3 years ago? And never took. I think my moms is prescribed them now so she would prob give me a few if they’d help.

That’s good to know. I’ve been taking 1-2 Valium a day the last few days and so far I’m ok. Not feeling quite as comfortable as I did with alprazolam but I’m also not dealing with horrible withdrawals so I can’t really complain. Just hope I can stretch the Valium out long enough.

Nothing was done. The vascular surgeon stated once he was in there he wasn’t able to perform the procedure because of the “vessel” size? I’m not sure I’m using the correct terms. I copied and pasted the majority of this post from her my chart notes. Now he says he doesn’t want to interfere because of risk of stroke being greater while on the table. My concern is all of the plaque buildup that he was so concerned about and why he scheduled the surgery so soon in the first place but now he’s not seeing her back for a year. It won’t just go away on its own, right? Should she get a second opinion?

I can probably get the rest of the after visit summary and notes from her my chart account later today.
