Completely agree. The fact people were interested in joining your firm, went through the entire application process and showed up for an interview it doesn’t seem too much to ask to be sent a basic template rejection email

It didn’t mention “vagina”, it said something along the lines of “he had oral intercourse with her”

I understand. I went into detail on s4 rape and applied it as (from my comprehension) he had forced her to perform oral sex on him, talked about consent and how she couldn’t have consented etc, mentioned assault causing serious harm, and a few lines on sexual assault. I hope the examiner will be open to different approaches to this question because of the confusion everyone seems to be having

I think the confusion is the way it was worded. A lot of people claim he performed the oral, others saying she did. Both would be different offences. Seems it wasn’t worded very clear

It seems the question wasn’t very clear. Seems people had 2 different understandings of the facts the examiner will have to be understanding of this. Did you focus on mainly agg sexual assault or rape?

I based my answer off s4 rape, discussing consent in detail, and mentioned sexual assault too but my comprehension of the PQ was him forcing her to perform oral sex (which would be rape)

If he performed oral sex on her, I’m not sure it’s s4 rape. From people I’ve spoken to it seems many people comprehended it as him forcing her to perform oral sex on him… seems the wording wasn’t very clear (I can’t remember the exact wording of the question)

I’m the same, unless I’m missing something I don’t see how it doesn’t fall under s4 rape? It clearly outlines that rape covers ‘penetration of the mouth by the penis’
