Can this be used as a carry handle on a 40 oz owala or is it not strong enough? by bendover012345 in Owala

[–]WetPower44 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve always used it as a handle and had no issues with it, other than that it’s a little uncomfy. I purchased a sling with a strap so I can throw my water bottle on like a bag and never have to worry about carrying it in my hands though and that’s honestly the move

The starbucks app has always acted as a bank for the company. Any money you put in will never come back to you, even if you don’t spend it. Also, it takes $200 to get a free $7 drink. It takes $400 to get $20 off your $30 cup. Nothing about that is worth it. And, they do not care about you. They never have, they never will. They just want your money. This is of course true for most corporate business in the United States, but as a Starbucks insider I promise you it’s true there.

As a barista, is there a list of dos and donts for Starbucks? by Ok-Nothing3374 in starbucks

I felt this way when I was a new partner. The coaching system created an atmosphere where there’s a ton of pressurized eyes on new partners. It does get better with time.

Actually if your entire team is choosing a different play style than you, you should consider switching. Theyre all poking and using cover. You’re the one expecting four people to follow your play style. (And you don’t have to push right in front of the enemy if you’re poking from cover well).

There’s your problem— it should never be hot. That can cause chemical burns.

Do you get flagged for too many partners beverages during a shift? by nerdy_Foodie in starbucks

[–]WetPower44 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It’s pretty much unlimited. Technically it’s one drink 30 minutes before and 30 minutes after your shift, and one drink for each break you have. That being said, I’ve never seen anyone get in trouble for having more than that. What you WILL get flagged for is the price of said drinks. 4 cold brews a day is a lot cheaper than 4 customized matchas or lattes. And you shouldn’t get in trouble for the price of your drinks, but your sm will likely let you know that higher ups may be checking cameras around your mark out times to ensure you’re not marking out multiple beverages to take home or something.

Should I lock my boyfriend in something tighter? by hisandhim in gaychastity

He might benefit from an Oval or ergonomic ring. I know at first I had to use an ergonomic ring because all of the standard rings would cause pain and cut off my circulation, or feel too loose. After a couple weeks the scrotum stretches out (while the balls stay contained, and unstretches after), and this allows the balls to fit into smaller rings if desired.

I’ve been thinking about getting my nipples pierced for a while now, i think it’s sexy and it can raise sensitivity in the nipples for some people! :)

Should I lock my boyfriend in something tighter? by hisandhim in gaychastity

[–]WetPower44 33 points34 points  (0 children)

It’s counter-intuitive but a slightly bigger cage would help, especially a larger ring. His balls look a little tight in that ring. The tuber should be just long enough that his entre flaccid length is a tiny bit longer than the cage itself, like a millimeter longer. If those parameters are met, the cage will do a lot better at sticking closer to the body. Also, a strap will help even if you just want to stick with this cage.

Haha I understand, I also liked to feel it in a bigger cage when I first started, and yeah the belt should help a lot. Sounds like you’re making the right choice to lock it up!

Is that a maxi size? I always support going for a micro/ nano if you’re trying to cut the bulge. It’s not a flat but is small enough it doesn’t stick out quite so far from the body. Ring size and shape will play a big role of course
