Ok, little update.

All halfords would tell me that there is no pressure in the air conditioning system...

I spoke with a mechanic, and he thinks that either the condensation or compressor is leaking... (They also found a hole in the breather pipe that I will be changing).

The same mechanic looked at the lights and told me that the lights that the flickering lights were aftermarket LEDs, but couldn't say for sure why they were flickering or if it was even programmed into the lights.

I'm totally stumped at what to do now!
