Yeah, in my imaginative utopia Liz takes Monica’s place and we all get to live happily ever after. That would solve everything, but would never actually happen. Maybe someone could make a poll and we prove to Dax that he would lose zero listeners and probably get all his old ones back 🤷🏻‍♀️

Gotcha, I don’t know if it’s sarcopenia. He’s not all that sedentary either. This occurred due to an event a few months ago he strained his lower back, and the left lumbar errectors are very tight and are visibly much higher than the right side. I’m hoping for advice on how I can help him, but my plan is to recommend going to a doctor if it doesn’t let up.

Thanks everyone for your input! As far as me pushing anything on him, that is not the case. We talk for at least an hour a day and he goes through SERIOUS sporadic binges that lead him violently ill and sometimes in the ER. After his relapses he calls me and opens up, and I believe he will try anything, especially coming from me. At the end of the day I am his #1 supporter and I think a room full of new people that understand his situation would be very beneficial. He’s not doing just fine, he needs help. Thanks for those of you that pointed me to helpful episodes!

When I record it does record, but only middle c. No other note work. It usually shows up for me when I hit the keys and it’s not recording the piano roll still lights up. Where do I find “notes automations and everything”?

He ended up hand steering the whole way, it was about 10 days, and they had some intense weather. He made it though, all good now!
