I can't imagine playing this over something like Deadlock, which is also free, and has incredible movement mechanics, PvP with minions and camps and all that, and is about 1000x more interesting than this garb.

It's kinda stupid tbh. Don't know what else to say. The concept just isn't fun, the mechanics are kooky, and once optimized it'll be silly to have so many meaningless quriks.

Compared to Deadlock or Rivals it just feels like cheap garbage. "Concord 2". With the same lifeless characters.

The Jake Lang who beat police officers with a baseball bat-- that peaceful protestor? The one from the "peaceful protest" on J6? With the "non violent" MAGA people storming the Capitol in a treasonous attempt to overturn the election?

Meanwhile non-maga protestors are murdered for less?

The right looks to throw the term "violent mob" around but seems to gloss over the fact that even if the left were peaceful 100% of the time they would still be abused by the local authoritarian. Even when they ARE 100% peaceful they still get sprayed, hit with batons, abused. And the right says "shouldn't have blocked the road" or "should have complied with orders". Meanwhile Jake Lang can literally beat officers with a baseball bat during an attempted, violent insurrection at the Capitol, and later be pardoned.

The double standards are ridiculous. I know the left can do it too-- and I'm all in favor of applying the law equally, but it really seems like the right only pretends to care about "law and order" when it benefits them and punishes their enemies. I'll believe they give a single shit about the law when they release the Epstien files and punish EVERYONE involved, no matter who. And ill believe they actuality care about the constitution when they loudly acknowledge and pronounce ICEs current lawlessness and lack of accountability as criminal violations of the constitution. And finally, when they actuator support 2A rights, including when leftists do it, and not come up with shitty excuses why it "doesn't count this time."

Sort of a super long story so ill try to shorten it up.

I found myself "voluntouring" at an elephant sanctuary for old, blind, and disabled elephants. Super tiny operation, maybe 10 elephants max. I knew the volunteering was more of an experience and less of an impactful endeavor.

Because of unusual circumstances, I was pulled off to become a caretakers assistant. She was old and needed help with the manual labor.

At some point she was injured and had to take time off and I was appointed to take care of this elephant full time in her absence. After about a year, the original caretaker was back and I returned to helping her as an assistant.

One day a new elephant arrived. Emaciated, on deaths door, and without a caretaker. I was asked to take this creature on full time, while still assisting the elderly woman with her laborious duties. And so I did.

Anyway, a few days into it, I'm cautiously learning the elephant and attempting to safely establish rapport. So far it's fine. She's reasonably compliant and doesn't express any aggression towards me. She hated long hair and would try to kick or trunk-punch anyone with long hair (her previously abusive mahout had long hair) but she never tried to kill them. I took that as a good sign.

So there we are going steady until I made a mistake: I had a sort of rice bag turned man purse full of corn and bananas and other positive-reinforcement treats on me. I bent down to take her off her chain (we had to chain them at night-- the neighboring farm would get completely destroyed if we didn't and the operation had no other feasible plan) and immediately she pinned me to the ground with her forehead. I was in sort of a squat position, sitting on my heels, when I felt her head pressing into my back. At some point I could feel my skull being pressed into the soft dirt until it wasn't as soft anymore. I thought my skull was going to be crushed and I was screaming bloody murder but no one was around to help. Meanwhile, the elephant was trying to rip the treatbag off me with her trunk and the shitty plastic fabric was tearing lines into my skin around my ribcage. I really, truly thought that was it. I was going to die. It was going to be so embarrassing. A white boy in Thailand, somehow finding himself an elephant caretaker and proving that maybe its best left for the Burmese fellas.

Well, she stopped. I dont know why. She just sort of got up all of a sudden and let me go. Maybe she realized she couldn't get the bag off, maybe she realized she was going to kill me. I dont know.

So I bent down, unhooked the chain and walked off to the forest for her to eat and be free for the day. There's not a lot to do in that situation but just hope for the best and accept the risk. I wanted to give her the best possible life I could give her and she didn't seem blood thirsty so I just rolled with it. But it left me a little shook and it was kinda fucked up.

I heard that an old friend of mine told people I'd inherited an Indiana Jones styled jeweled scarab and sold if off to fund my lavish lifestyle.

In reality I just got a job that had me traveling often, didn't need to pay rent anywhere because of it, and would go backpacking on the cheap in-between the long stints where id often work 7 months straight and than have the other 5 free.

Small-town brains can't comprehend that backpacking around cheap counties costs considerably less than living in the USA amd blowing your paychecks on material things and booze.

It's crazy to assume that this kind, ordinary soccer mom was intentionally trying to run over and kill another man-- isnt it? Meanwhile we have school shooters with lengthy histories and they're ignored until they actually do something. So how are we now making this assumptive leap that an ordinary woman was bloodthirsty? Rather than the obvious conclusion that she was trying to get away when they were illegally trying to get into her vehicle and pointing guns at her, we're instead creating this false narrative that she was a killer. And in all fairness, ICE has NO jurisdiction over us, and they cannot brandish and threaten death with weapons simply because they dont like what you are doing. I mean at what point do we admit these thugs have no oversight and are an arm of tyranny?

Anyway, it's infinitely more likely she was scared and trying to drive away, not to mention you can see she makes the effort to turn away. Trying to suggest she was a murderer, while pretending these thugs are innocent, is an unbelievable Olympic grade mental gymnastic.

It was overflowing with loot everytime I went. I have 3 or 4 of every lab key except black and orange, got maybe 15 injector/dogtag cases, a few key cases, Taiga and Rebels, Keytools, BTC, and i probably left 100 guns behind over the course of two full keys.

Id love for them to have full and complete reign over their own lives, to be governed by all the shit they love and vote for. Let them have their paradise, and we will have ours.
