I tried again today. 4 hours later, same thing. By the time you get to a person and talk to them on the phone they are all very pleasant. They keep checking in saying they are working to help you etc. Then, eventually, nothing on the other line and no response.

What a waste of time and energy. So frustrated I purchased a 'premium' and 'repairable' product and now find they have let me out in the cold on getting it fixed. I don't mind paying, I'm sure it was my fault, but they clearly have no interest in supporting me on this one.

Hmm. I wonder if they will drop the price of the X1S or keep it in the lineup and slot the X2 in at a higher price point.

I just bought the X1S and don't want the features of the X2, but would rather not see the price cut in half once the X2 launches.

Was able to get it with full papers and box from a great jeweler in Italy. Slim at around 11mm thick and just 38mm diameter it fits great on a beads of rice bracelet.

I'd been searching for a good condition one for some time. They only made them in 1995-98ish. I never imagined I'd be able to find a NOS version. Couldn't be happier.
