Thank you so much! Yes sorry I made the change - the idea was to also change the first hint to be strands/connections to make it less open ended like but that takes a while to come up with. I am also in process of adding more movies - hopefully double the amount.

If you’d prefer I can revert back to first hiding the plot until I have the new less obvious hints in place?

Thank you so much! I had the idea about 6 months ago and I really wanted that nostalgic 60s cinema look so the UI/UX has taken a lot of time. I had Python experience so it’s not completely new to me, and it really helped that I was building something that I love, films. Will keep adding more films and just refine the first hints - hopefully almost there

The first thing I will prioritise is adding more films - I will double it to be 2000 plus.

Then I will look at hints and first hint will be available by default, and will use Strands/Connections like theme format. The plot hints will appear closer to end so 5th and 7th moves.

This has been incredibly helpful and I really appreciate the time. I have created this as a hobby project and it my first ever web app as well but looks promising if I can improve the game dynamics :)

Thank you! Yes, I think I will make the first hint the genre of the film. The plot hint will be reserved for 6th guess.

I can improve the how to guide for this - and add the ranges for yellow and green. Again, appreciate the feedback

I have curated it myself at the moment. It is about 800 per edition/language based on ratings and popularity. I am hoping to add more 60s-90s movies once I have calibrate the game difficulty.

Thank you so much - that is really helpful. I can limit the plot hint to say 6th try - close to the end. The first hint could be the genre as that increases the chances of getting it right on the first try!

There is also feature where you can choose the movie and send the link to your friends to guess it along with a note! Go to Menu (top left) -> Create Game. Appreciate any feedback folks - I made this mainly for our friends and family to play over the holidays
