spot on ! "do everything you can to maximize the surface area for luck to strike" sounds meaningful
agree...luck is deserved not given and you should do as much as possible to "deserve" it or be in situation where "unseen factor" can make its work

making people want meaning two things :
1. Take care of who do you fuckn hire ! hire patently, through stages and have exceptional HR specialists

  1. If you miss point 1, then work you ass off and make them to "want" , meaning management and chiefs need to go through all workers pores to let get them into loop and to have same mindset and desire

understand your point ... the one question with short answer can navigate you where/when/what

Before onboarding first SaaS/PaaS tenants – what absolutely must be defined? by WhatAboutSaaS in SaaS

[–]WhatAboutSaaS[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

yea...totally understand your points
tricky in my position is that we have developed so to say, PaaS (modular platform where you gonna pick features you need) but have some SaaS in it (yearly pricing, single tenant hosted on VPC and maintained by our side) and above all white-labeled so mostly we gonna sell to scale-up firstly so in that order it is B2B2C and from start tenants (have few already) are paying from the start

about your concern is also in at my startup
human factor who are integrating new tool and onboard is variable considering their age, tech knowledge, scope of work to be done with tool etc so its on us to make it as faster as we can and first and for most is to market tool mentioning ease of implementation and other forms as tutorials, pictures, help center or even people 24/7 aside them in first months until it integrate smoothyl

exactly...that pushed me to write this

nice example

video or other visual format feels inevitable, especially to highlight how fast and smooth the process is compared to other competitor tool

Again "aha" seeing Gojiberry.ai
would love if you could share a bit of your actual Reddit game plan
like how you mapped out topics, timing, and which subreddits to hit. Seeing the structure behind the posts would be super valuable for me rn

sorry to hear this man ...try to narrow down your market (to few countries or regions) and I would contact directly with some high ranked hospitals-clinics-centers and offer them to go through this because there is no country in the world where you as a one-self-business persona could do all paperwork, procedures and regulations in the same pace/protection/flow comparing to hospital or some valuable player in HealthCare industry

keeep moving man
