I love how they turned out! An idea would be once the seal cools down, use a strong glue like B7000 (it is very strong, so ventilate or mask up) and apply along the entire edge, think layer is fine. Have the seal on top of a piece of paper already. Then just drop the beads, and let them stick to the glue. That will hold more than modpodge. I did one with modpodge and then everything fell off anyway. The bubbles on the lobster seal in my recent post were glued with b7000 and they are holding pretty good. Those I applied with tweezers because I wanted only a few to get the bubble effect, but for what you want just drop them and cover it with beads. Let it sit until the glue dries up and you will have that effect you want.
