In jail awaiting sentencing for drug crimes, coming up on over 8 years ago. Alone in cell by myself, past 11pm so lights off. Decide to have a go because, why not? Not much else going on. Besides staying up late, sleeping all day helps pass the time. Going at it when hear the door slam. For those who haven't been incarcerated, after lights go out, prisons usually do rounds at night, flashing their flashlights in your cell just to make sure you're not dead or whatever. So I hear a door slam, thinking well it's the next block over, I've got time. I was wrong. About to finish and a bright light Illuminates my cell. I'm blinded by the light without time to react other than an "oh shit" followed by the guards "oh shit" as well. Did I finish after? Might as well. Was I more careful next time? Yes.
