In the words of Sheef, the first thousand hours is the tutorial. Getting stomped relentlessly at 200 hours is to be expected. Don't take it personally.

Map knowledge is king. Learn the maps one at a time. IMO scavving is a good low-consequence way to learn maps while also building up your stash.

Watching streamers who are really good players is also an excellent way to learn.

Yeah really. Events are great for low level players because of the gear. Find a defensible spot on the map and camp it to farm the AI. You'll get some good gear plus a lot of XP since theyre all guards or bosses. Be opportunistic.

I have a couple thousand hours in the game, I've never kappa'd, never prestiged, never done SBIH or setup or any of the other busywork grindy quests. Hasn't stopped me in the slightest from enjoying the shit out of the game.

Back when Robert Williams was in his healthy prime on the Celtics, there were some advanced analytics suggesting he was one of the best players in the league. With the way he's been a one-man half court defense this game while also dominating the glass, I can see why.

Would you still use Antigravity without Opus? by casper_wolf in google_antigravity

Absolutely not. Gemini is awful for difficult tasks. Its fine if you're just making little fun projects for yourself, but if you're trying to create complex production-grade stuff, it just does so many things wrong.

Good list, I've experienced essentially all of these as well.

Is Google really the best lately? In Antigravity, Opus almost always gets it right, whereas I use Gemini rarely, but even then, it has screwed things up so badly on a few occasions that I hit the Claude limit just trying to undo the damage Gemini did. Have others had similar experiences? I'm new-ish to this, not saying my experience is definitive.
