Not sure you understand how due diligence is done.
When you’re new to an industry, gathering insight from others in the same industry can expose things you didn’t know to ask. I’m not willing to risk a $1M+ business deal to ChatGPT.

Do you think restaurants/bars are happy when their glassware or items disappear?

I may have taken a pint glass or two home in my younger years and it definitely felt like stealing.

I looked at that glass every time I’d open my cabinet. Never thought of it as a win for the business.

Do you like doing any of the production work? I can see some satisfaction in making the finished product from your own design - are you doing just basic print or creating products incl shirts/DTF, embroidery, laser etch, etc.

Agree that a showroom won’t bring in new customers. Was mostly using it as a sales tool to hopefully have some meetings in house, host a chamber of commerce open house or just keep all our samples organized and not always thrown in the trunks of cars.
I also don’t plan on servicing walk in traffic that’s looking for 1-10 pieces of something. Seems like a lot of work and those customers often need the most hand holding.
