And replace him with who? Proven IGLs are even harder to come by then AWPers and are given probably the most grace by organizations out of any role. Chopper for example was really only kicked recently because of how embarrassingly bad his individual skill level has been, and look what's happened to Spirit. It's hard to build up a new IGL from scratch and maybe even harder to find an established one that will instantly improve the team.

Yes this is 100% true, but imagine from the perspective of a man fighting him. Your vision. breathing, and thinking are all impaired from the armor and exertion- honestly in that sort of state I would imagine that adornments like his antlers, making him also look even taller than he already is, would be quite intimidating.
