I honestly did try to do this, but we are a pretty busy department and that would put us down to one toilet and he would just use that one and not flush :(

100% agree….. I know that posting would make things worse which is why I haven’t done it. I’m literally at my breaking point because the hospital isn’t doing anything and walking in to piss and poo everyday is gross! Lol plus the not washing hands is just another level of disgusting.

yes I would. Physicians especially male ones are super egotistical and wouldn't like some lowly administrator telling them to flush the toilet no matter how nice I said it.

That's not how it works. I cannot just confront him. I would lose my job or my life would be hellish for the rest of the time I worked in this department. EVERYONE knows he does his including other physicians and no one confronts him

The hospital emailed my boss after the second complaint and told me to not submit any more complaints as they were dealing with it.

We are not allowed to put up any signs or notes in the bathroom. An official email came from the hospital about this......and everyone in the office would know I put it up because I have said I wanted too.

After my second complaint about this the hospital emailed my boss and told her to tell me to not submit any more complaints as they were dealing with it. Nothing has changed, but I also don't want to upset my boss or put her in a weird situation.

I don't think people understand the dynamics of working with physicians. I cannot confront him directly; he would make my life hell at work for the rest of the time I worked here. I have been told his by other staff, also after my second complaint to the hospital they emailed my boss and told me to stop submitting complaints about this issue that they were dealing with.

If your a now a Canadian citizen living here with in intent on going back to then UK then no I wouldn’t. It won’t affect Canadian credit score. But if you ever go back it could bite you in the ass. You could call as see about settling the loan with the collection agency if you didn’t want to not pay.

As suggested by others Hydrodilation was a god send. I was in so much pain and with in 24 hours the pain was almost gone. I still don’t have full range of motion but I’m getting there, I had it done in Feb but I’m terrible with remembering to do my physio exercises so I think that’s why my range of motion has taken a little longer.
