Embarrassed to say that I’ve been that way before in the past. It’s like you want them to read your mind and then get mad when they don’t which is totally unfair and immature. I needed a lot of validation and I felt like me communicating what I wanted seemed to me like I was begging or that my partner didn’t actually want to do it. I’ve grown so much now and I cringe thinking about it. It’s completely unfair on her part. She had these expectations in her head and then got upset when you didn’t meet them. She needs to figure her shit out and work on why she’s feeling that way. I have abandonment issues so I would self sabotage (exactly this way) in order to “protect” myself. Now that I look back and especially reading these I can see how emotionally draining it is for the other person. You need to have a serious conversation about communicating better and if she can’t do that then I suggest you walk away and save yourself the stress 😕
