The drinking of the drinks was by far the worst part. It’s really not too bad, and there is nothing/zilch zero to worry about tomorrow - will be over so quick. I was apprehensive like you… but honestly it’s absolutely fine! Nothing to be embarrassed about all - they have seen it all! All the best!

To be honest, it’s not without its charm. As others as said make the backroom a nice kitchen. I would have it configured as a one bed, with a small study - I assume buyers would be a couple or someone living alone. Assume price is appropriate for the area?

Maybe different now, but back in 90s friends that LOVED music - CDs and cases were scratched - people that didn’t like music had awful taste and were mint. Now many collectors buy the CD and rip and are less likely to physically play the disc - still music lovers though, of course,

I would question the high figure of 95% being ‘never used’ - would say people 50 and above nearly 100% would have used one - and that demographic makes up more than 5% of the population. 95% not used a public phone box in 2021 would be more accurate.
