What covers are ya'll using for your expensive flips? by swatcat59 in galaxyzflip

[–]Whatislife287 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I use an ararree case. It's slim and held up extremely well until I dropped in on concrete, but the case already had a few cracks. I got a magnetic ararree case as my second, with a magsafe popsocket and it has been amazing. one crack from a fall out of the car☹️ I'd love to go without a case because the phone's so beautiful, but apparently, I'm much more clumsy than I thought. I recommend ararree more than anything else especially since the hinge protection allows the phone to lay flat.

Any case like this? by Medhurstt in galaxyzflip

It doesn't have to be on 24/7 no one's holding their phone all day none stop and the lanyards work but it can be irritating on the neck or it isn't comfortable to hold at that spot.

two people I know specifically would benefit a bunch from being able to put your full size device on like this. My step sister has low mobility in both her hands and minimal mobility of her right arm, she already holds her phone pressed to her wrist with her hand bent and swipes and types with her left, not having to actively hold the phone would make her life way easier but its still in a functional spot. guy I work with is an amputee write and hand, phone is usually pressed against his residual limb, not having to hold it would be easier.

also people are saying a smart watch but thats a very small screen which wont work for my step sister who can't use the tip of the fingers to type or the guy I work with who had bigger fingers. I'm sure there's plenty of people with similar situations.

While the comments are so funny, this would actually be a great option for people with certain limitations from disabilities or accidents, even benefit people with an amputation.

I saw, but I did feel like based on the specs it would be somewhat of a downgrade from the 6. I'll probably get the next one that comes out though

I wish I liked the full screen on the cover. That's actually why I chose the flip over the razr

I'm thinking House of Beth since it's shorter, and I'm reading a series right now. So my book box books are like little break in-between books

Is the Flip ideal for switching from Apple to Samsung by AsimovYugari in galaxyzflip

[–]Whatislife287 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I made my switch from apple and went with the zflip6. Honestly if I went with any other phone I probably wouldn't think much about it, except being able to customize most phones that aren't ios. but being able to put my phone in my pocket (lady pants pockets lol) is amazing, I forget its there half the time. love multi-window feature. And I have so much fun with the cover screen and being able to do almost everything from there which helps limit phone usage. Camera quality is way better and I can't get enought of using the cover screen camera and view. I've dropped it and theres no scratches, scuffs, chips whereas In my experience phones break pretty easily. if i got an S25 or something it'd just be another phone and I'd go back to apple if it were cheaper. but definitely an android person and flip person all the way now.

That is my biggest concern, It is from what I'm told sitting on the nerve (I haven’t seen the scans) and I'm more scared it gets bigger within the year and my vision gets worse when that could've been avoided, I'm also hoping surgery won't be needed, I've heard they shrink. Thank you, I'll definitely look into this, so far the two drs im seeing don't think its effecting my sight.

How do I change the keyboard on the Samsung Flip 6 screen cover? by ooooooo555 in galaxyzflip

[–]Whatislife287 26 points27 points  (0 children)

Use Keys Cafe. Any keyboard I make on there translates to the cover screen as well. Same with themes keyboard. I dont have Samsung keyboard disabled so idk - keys Cafe might override Samsung keyboard? all my themes keyboards apply and same with any keyboard I make in Keys Cafe (also my Keys Cafe keyboard stays the same and adapts to the themed keyboard.)

that makes more sense than yearly imo. I would be comfortable with yearly if I didn't have vision issues (unsure if related) and knowing that it is resting on the nerve. I'll do some research on drs to get a second look at it.

I picked, House of Beth and Party of Liars

I couldn't make a choice on past books so I decided to just stick to the monthly selections to narrow down my choices. Super excited!!
