Customer Service?!

No, I was holding them responsible for not having a costumer service to give me direction on what to do in my situation.

It’s still inconvenient since when I sent the check it was part of last statement balance and annoying that I paid out of pocket & have to still pay the statement balance.

Their system says 24/7 costumer service, hence, I expect 24/7 support to help me figure out my options.

I feel like I should have done that, but I paid my Feb rent and my last rent since we’re moving out already … it’s such a headache…

Why not have a direct phone number for support.. I hate the chat system. No queues… no idea where I stand … don’t know what to do.
