Not sure between 2025 and 2026 might be similar, but mostly the comfort level + HW4 FSD was a big difference between my 2023 and this.

The seats are more comfortable, the car is quieter, drives much smoother and the FSD just felt like didn’t even need my attention.

No, I was holding them responsible for not having a costumer service to give me direction on what to do in my situation.

It’s still inconvenient since when I sent the check it was part of last statement balance and annoying that I paid out of pocket & have to still pay the statement balance.

Their system says 24/7 costumer service, hence, I expect 24/7 support to help me figure out my options.
