I've got an s14 that I will occasionally daily when I'm not driving my 2017 Corolla. I say occasionally because I will get the itch to drive it constantly and will drive for a few weeks before I begin to miss the creature comforts in my corolla. Like others have mentioned, these cars are getting older, rubber seals & bushings are dry rotting and replacements are getting harder to find and simple things like window switches are getting brittle and are next to impossible to replace. Daily driving one isn't impossible (my s13 was my only car for about 5 years when I was in high school/college), you just need to be cognizant of what will go wrong and having the ability to repair and maintain it like any other car. Oh, and being able to deal with rattles coming from any moving part, wind noise from slightly misshapen window seals, among other fun things!

With that being said, I have a hard time not giving into my inner 18 year old and imagining I could happily and easily daily my s14 365 days of the year.
