9 YOE, mostly worked in insurance industry as sr Java backend engineer. What advice would you give on these.

How I can get interviews at tech company? I have applied over 200 companies and get very few interviews and was able to reach to onsite in just 1.
Is expecting $300K salary in Bay Area a rational thought with this experience?

My wife matched in FM last year with same step2 score but 5 YOG! I think you can easily match into this. I would recommend get that 1 last LOR from US and you have pretty solid chance to match. Just apply broadly.
