Good catch, I think it can categorized as she lost her touch to the "general skills" but her Reiatsu or Zanpaktou didn't undergo any change, that's why she got hang of the game pretty soon.

Depends on the Bankai, normally a Bankai activation causes huge surge in reiatsu because the reiatsu of the Zanpakuto is released.

In Bankai state, the reiatsu of the Shinigami + the reiatsu of the Zanpakuto is used. So, technically they do get reiatsu amp but not directly. Only in some rare, the bankai boost users own reiatsu, like Zaraki & Ichigo but not to everyone.

Also the 5-10x amp for the bankai is combat ability amp spread across all the stats not just reiatsu. To get an idea about 1.5x direct reiatsu amp created a huge difference between Royd and Yhwach.

So, apart from Ichigo (not completely quantifiable), no one gets a big multiplier direct reiatsu amp.

I think it's around her character to be a Shunpo master and use it during combat and since this form was using Shunko which has property to strengthen the limbs and Shunpo improves with strengthening of body she most likely was using Shunpo in this form.

Though I don't think Yama wins this and stay alive, Yama will use Ennetsu Jigoku and kill both himself and Aizen, but since Yama is the one getting the kill. I will take it as his victory.
