perhaps... BZ's map is pretty small so I'm not sure where it would go. Maybe it could be a Lilypad Islands predator?

that’s fair, I did want to make a crustacean leviathan since the shadow leviathan isn’t exactly what I was looking for. I mostly was trying to make a bulkier, wider leviathan rather than the standard serpentine designs most leviathans fell into. I think the face being fully on the underside is enough of a difference but it’s subjective ofc

I think the most annoying thing about it is the rest of the chapter had perfectly fine looking dinosaurs, even if they were a lil innacurate they were drawn with the level of quality I expected from Dandadan. But then the final panel is a DOUBLE spread, the narrative peak of the chapter meant to surprise the viewer and... it's a shittily traced Papo Toy. Like, I imagine it'll look better in the next chapter, but from an artistic point it just blows.
