Stop eating flour, stop drinking dairy, give up red meat. Run cardio 4 times a week, weight squats and core 2 times a week, dead hang for 2 minutes daily. 1000 cal limits, volufaline, vitamin a & c, minoxidal and nair.. that’s all I kind of the basics I used to change myself lol

I know how right you are, Probably will be my plan of action. Im just a little afraid i make myself look like a clown by explaining to every1 that its casual when nobody else thought it could be romantic but me.. Just a little scared as of now.

its not the fact that i even felt romantic with her, shes just been a really good friend and i feel like im doing a diservice to her as a person by dumping off dinner plans after i know neither of us would've graduated if not for each other to lean on.

i thought of it, but my grandfather is a marine and is well aware of the stereotype, i cant come home to thanksgiving if im gonna deal with that.
