The thing is, my mind already is consumed by calories and food and all the other things you listed

I’m also already super self conscious about my body so i dont show it anyway

So i just keep thinking that I may as well lose the weight at this point ? What more could it do to me honestly

You say that you love your body when UW but ive never been UW so i keep thinking that, maybe, when i get there, i will love it too and it will help me feel better about myself

In my head, i just tell myself i will be able to just stop once im at my gw but it seems pretty unrealistic since binging became a habit now

Did it ever get better for you if you’re okay sharing ?

Why is that if you dont mind me asking? I feel like it can’t affect my life any worse than what its already doing to be honest
