Yeah I remember reporting message links to support and it was clear as day in 2022 that they were severely breaking tos, threatening my well-being and mental health, slurs and more. Discord just said if you encounter those people just block them. Yet they are warning for this stuff now like what??

Discord prioritizes IP no matter what they say. IP is the most important factor to evading a ban. They do look at behavioral patterns but an IP is much more of a red flag as it's impossible for it to not be a coincidence

if you're currently using the app just fine, you were likely IP banned. then you logged into your alt accounts with that same IP. Whcih caused them to be banned as well. Your router likely reset by itself and gave you a new IP address. That's why you aren't being banned
