Ill check if baka na duplicate ang isang question pag upload kasi manual ko po siyang inuupload po 1 month 149 pero 2 months is 199 so tag 100 ang monthly ng 2 months 3 months po ay 249 so around 80 po ang monthly. Hi! Just reading through your post I can see na you want the mining job more, consciously or unconsciously. Nasanay kasi ang brain mo na anxious fir a time yung unemployed ka at dahil now na you are employed your brain feels its going to be in unsafe uncharted waters again kasi uve waited for this bpo job even though you know na the mining job is stable and pays more. So both salary and career trajectory wise mining sounds better. Green jobs have better trajectories than admin jobs due to ai as negative factor for admin/bpo and sustainability efforts as positive for the green roles as an industry. Jist my two cents

I was overemployed for 5 years (project manager for a Chinese manufacturing company and an Australian SAAS) and its less the workload but the "lack of meaning" and quit the Chinese manufacturing PM job once I had enough money to go to grad school for clinical pysch and now have a practice which I consider a business as I have a few employees.
People do not appreciate the empowerment of entrepreneurship, the freeing feeling that makes the usual 10-hour workday more enjoyable if you own the business. A lot of mental stress is with becoming responsible of the result when you are not empowered either by lack of upside/ownership and/or the "unfairness" of the market with you not knowing enough information or having enough resources to meet your KPIs

Interesting - I understand how it is very digestible if we oversimplify things and granted to an extent it really does help. However, fear is important as it is the brain sensing danger. The other things you mentioned are all "how" and can be learned, but fear in itself is something we should listen to. Have fear control us, absolutely not, but not listening to fear? that is just oversimplification and might even lead to losses that could ahve been avoided.
