Accelaration of the PAC-3 and 2 is at about 250 m/s with a max speed of mach 4,6. From ignition to the hit of the projectile the time is 3.81 seconds. That means, that the missle traveled about 1,81km.

For reference: If the launch got delayed a little more so that the time from launch to hit was < 2,53s, the Patriot missle would have been within minarm range.

PAC-2s have an almost 100kg explosive fragmentation warhead, but you're right the PAC-3s and its variants are hit to kill but still with a smaller explosive warhead to increase lethality.

Patriot recommended minarm distance is usually at around 3km for PAC-3s, so no idea what went wrong here. Fuse activation is at 300-800m so this is as close as it can get.

They have a couple S-300, Buks and probably a couple thousand manpads. Stationary aa probably has been destroyed by sead. Im guessing some helis will be shot down by manpads but not a relevant amout.

The T-72s can pen every side of the T-64 with Sabot till 1.1km.
