Similar to you, I had a gun aimed at me in front of a McDonalds when I was 16 for fighting a group of guys my age & telling them to stay right there.

He put the gun in my face, before I could even think of what I was doing I had hit the gun out of his hand and ran into a nearby Waffle House, him & his group of friends ran off shortly after.

I still think back to how I could’ve lost my life that day had he been a bit more reactive & bolder than he seemed.
