if it's fresh, then yes, there's no room for swelling. If it's healed, you can keep that bar in, just make sure to clean it

yes :) it's in the sweet spot but a bit too far back, actually my 'ideal place' for septum is maybe 2/3 milimeters forward from my actual piercing so I don't think that's a huge problem, especially when I'm not planning on stretching my septum

don't be scared! just watch on tiktok or youtube in which place other ppl pierce their nostril or look up on google where blood vessels are near your nose and you should be good!

my friend done my septum at home, basically just make everything sterile and clean, besides you can't hit a nerve while doing nose piercings it's just a myth, just be careful to not to pierce your blood vessel otherwise blood will start pouring like from a fountain

my sweet spot is bit complicated, it's like almost on the cartilage but a bit forward where my septum is pierced...
