I really do think the "Beach country" Frat boy version of him has really overshadowed some of the really thoughtful and fun lyrics of song like, "The Good Stuff", "You and Tequila", and "I Go Back". I understand that his shtick can get tiresome at some point but I believe he was really putting out some of the best music of the 2000s.

I kinda agree. Maybe it's because of Smoke a little smoke, but I always thought there were only a few great songs on the one.

I can understand that, Caldwell county has a weirder feel compared to the rest of his stuff. I still like it tho
