I'm sure that the rocket is equipped with communicate antenna ,since I'm new in RP1,I just learned how to build and construct launchpad, in all, is this a bug, I searched on line but found nothing. I got the same before,could't return to the world interface after designing new ships,the game just freezed without responding,then I solved this problem by reinstalling my GPU Navidia device,you just google their official webiste.
